      At Aeromist, our goal is to deliver your purchase in the quickest and most economical way possible. We review each order individually, factoring in destination, weight and size of items. Approximate Shipping Charges and Delivery Details for items are provided in your Cart.  Exact Shipping Charges and Delivery Details for your entire order will be calculated and displayed at Checkout.

      As soon as your item(s) have shipped, we’ll send you a Shipment Notification email that includes the carrier’s name and a tracking number, if available.  Click the tracking number to view the status of your package on the carrier’s website. Tracking information may not be immediately available. The U.S. Postal Service and other carriers may not provide tracking information.

      We take all reasonable steps to protect our customers’ personal information against loss, misuse, and alteration. We use encryption technology whenever receiving and transferring your personal information on our site.

      When you make a purchase online, either a solid key or a locked padlock icon will appear in the lower right of your browser window. This icon indicates that your transaction session is secured through Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).

    • Returns & Replacements

      At Aeromist, we stand behind the quality of our products and will make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We believe that we can work together with our customers to make every purchase a positive experience. Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept merchandise returns for Standard Delivery items within 30 days of purchase and issue a refund at the time of return.

      Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected. Credits or refunds issued will be for the item value. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.

    • Payment & Pricing

      We accept AMEX, MC, and VISA as acceptable forms of payment.  Payments can also be made through your Pay Pal account.

    • Order Status

      It’s easy to check the status of your order! Just visit online My Account and sign in with your Aeromist ID and password to get a summary of any orders placed online. You’ll see your order number, the date the order was placed, the status of the order, order total, the shipping method, and package tracking information for items that have shipped.

      • Processing – Your items have already been prepared for shipment and cannot be changed by our customer service department. We’ll send you an email when your item(s) have shipped.
      • Shipped – We’ve shipped your order using the shipping method you selected. You can track your shipment from online My Orders.

      Cancel Items or Order

      If you are unable to cancel item(s) online and need to make a return, please review the Returns & Refunds section of online Help.
