As with most running motors, your misting pump will need a little tender loving care. Since the pump is a crucial element of your misting system, it is important to keep it in good working order. Please check your filter annually to make sure it is still white (when it starts to turn brown, its time for a new one). We recommend changing the oil in the pumps for every 500 hours of use (many businesses will change the oil yearly and homeowners can generally wait 2-3 years) You can see the oil in the sight glass of the pump.
