Wow. I am blown away with how amazing the customer service and support was with the team here at Aeromist. From my initial call with Brad Taylor to my in person experience with Fines Dabbs and manager Patrick Mitchell, I was blown away. I am a local contractor and have no experience with misting systems, these gentleman offered the highest level of support that I have ever received. What a great company with great employees. I have been a customer at Aeromist for a number of years. They have always been a delight to deal with. Most recently I had some super good experiences with two of the employees there. One was with Nate, the back of the store technology wiz. He helped me figure out the problem I was having with my mister unit and was able to advise me on how to fix it. With his help I was able to rebuild the solenoid like the pros do. He showed me step by step how to accomplish the task. He explained thing in great detail and was very patient. My other Kudos go to Jacob, the upfront sales associate. He also was friendly and gave outstanding customer service. I wish there were more dedicated employees, like Nate & Jacob, in the work force.  Thank you everyone at Aeromist.

Had a great experience. Grant came to my home at our arranged appointment time and explained all the items I needed to me. Quickly sent me a bid, discussed it over the phone. Our salesman Grant was always on time, friendly and considerate. He was very knowledgeable and patiently explained all options and made recommendations specific to our needs. The installer Jim did a super job, couldn’t believe he could do our big job so quickly and well. He even stood on ladders in our pool!! I’ve been using the same Aeromist pump for over a dozen years and it is one of the best outdoor living investments ever. On the Lagoon, we raise our glasses and scoff at the Evil Summer; it has no power over us! Enjoy your yard year round, walk boldly into the mist. You will never turn back!
